When working on Squarespace projects, Ward Sandler discovered that people kept asking to add membership to their sites – and they found there wasn’t a good way to do this, especially on the Squarespace forums. After reading through the comments, Ward realized that there was a huge opportunity to build a tool to solve this problem.This is the creation story of MemberSpace.

The original founding team for foreUp tried to build social media and an internal platform for golf courses… and the problem was – it wasn’t taking off. So when Brendon joined the team, the decided to primarily focus on tee sheets, which golfers use to book a tee time. From that point, the product, the team and the companies success… grew.
